Alexander W. Cloonan
Alex focuses his legal practice in the areas of commercial litigation, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate, zoning, and commercial transactions. Alex’s clients range from individuals and families to small businesses and local municipalities.
Alex was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2016 after graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law that same year. At the University of Dayton Alex served as a staff writer on the law review, having his article titled “The New American Home: A Look at the Legal Issues Surrounding Airbnb and Short Term Rentals” selected for publication. Alex received his B.A. in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 2013.
