Currently serving as Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and as Solicitor for the Villages of Waverly and Piketon, Dale is dedicated to protecting client interests and achieving prompt resolutions. His notable contributions include co-authoring the OneOhio initiative, which outlines the distribution of opioid settlement funds, and serving as local counsel for Ohio local governments in multidistrict litigation against opioid distributors and manufacturers.
Dale’s expertise extends to environmental law, where he is co-counsel for Ohio, West Virginia, and Georgia municipalities in the AFFF PFAS MDL, addressing groundwater contamination with harmful substances.
