David joined McNamee Law Group, LLC in 2003 and became a partner in 2018. David’s legal experience and knowledge, together with his previous private sector experience, provides his clients with sound and reliable legal advice and service.
David represents business clients ranging from start-ups to closely held businesses as well as licensed professionals such as physicians and architects. He has particular focus in the real estate/construction, health care, manufacturing/distribution, accounting, and technology industries. David serves his clients through structuring legal entities, merger and acquisition transactions, and commercial real estate transactions; drafting and negotiating a wide scope of business contracts; representing clients with tax disputes before federal, state, and local taxing authorities; and performing estate planning services including drafting varieties of trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
An Ohio resident for over 35 years, David and his wife Cheryl currently reside in Oakwood, Ohio. They enjoy visiting historical areas, gardens, and art museums throughout the United States, and when at home, doting on their dog Dexter.
