Nathaniel W. Rose
Nate focuses his legal practice in municipal law, commercial and real property transactions, general litigation, commercial litigation, and as counsel for local governments and plaintiffs in personal injury.
Nate’s litigation experience encompasses state and federal cases at the trial and appellate levels, including bench trials, arbitration hearings, and mediation. While Nate feels at home in the courtroom, he brings that same vigor to serving individuals, families, small businesses, and local municipalities.
Nate graduated from Chaminade Julienne High School in 2012 and then received his B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business in 2016. Nate was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2020 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati School of Law. Nate is a member of the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Nate lives in Miamisburg. He is an avid sports fan. He also enjoys CrossFit, running, and playing soccer in his free time.
