Alex has concentrated his legal practice in the areas of commercial/business, real property, and municipal litigation. In addition, over the years, Alex has developed a practice handling issues related landlord/tenant disputes, short-term rentals, zoning, neighbor nuisances, and even divorces and dissolutions. While Alex truly enjoys being in the courtroom, he also enjoys transactional work such as reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts. Alex’s clients range from individuals and families to small businesses and local municipalities.
Alex graduated from Bellbrook High School in 2009 and then received his B.A. in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Miami University in 2013. Alex was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2016 after graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law that same year. At the University of Dayton, Alex served as a staff writer on the law review, having his article titled “The New American Home: A Look at the Legal Issues Surrounding Airbnb and Short Term Rentals” selected for publication. Alex is also member of the Dayton, Greene County, and Ohio State Bar Associations. He has given several educational presentations at the Air Force Institution of Technology and Sinclair Community College regarding construction and real estate law and landlord-tenant law.
Alex lives in Beavercreek with his wife, son, and their two dogs. He’s an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, Dayton Flyers, and Liverpool F.C. and enjoys playing golf and soccer in his free time.
