Dale Seif focuses his legal practice in business transactions and planning, collections, municipal law, complex commercial and real property transactions, trust and estate planning / administration, and as counsel for local governments and plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and mass torts.
Dale currently serves as Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and as Solicitor to the Villages of Waverly and Piketon. He has a broad range of legal experience and an exceptional team of legal resources to provide you the most protection, best result, and with a focus on prompt resolution.
Dale serves as local counsel representing multiple counties in Ohio in the multi-district litigation against the opioid distributors and manufacturers. Dale also co-authored OneOhio which provides a mechanism for the distribution of any opioid settlement funds and outlines how the funds can be used.
Dale and his wife, Tossie, are the proud parents of four children and actively supports numerous non-profit entities, charities, athletic leagues / teams, and the community. Serving in these roles, he has been teaching young people about the importance of hard work, staying focused, and playing as a team, qualities that are mirrored in his career. Dale has a reputation for keeping an open mind and helping his clients do what it takes to accomplish their goals, even when difficult situations arise.
Dale received his B.A. in Finance from Ohio University in 1999 and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2002 (Harter Award winner).
